Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide for bar shape parts a polishing jig of comparatively simple constitution by means of which the bar shape parts can be held and fixed perpendicularly to the reference plane, a reversing operation of the parts on the surface plate is made possible with the parts being held and fixed thereon, and a high yield rate and productivity are achieved.
SOLUTION: The jig is such that the flat board shape slider 3 is so supported in the flat board shape jig body 1 as to be able to slide therein, many penetrating holes 4, 5 for insertion of the parts are provided in the jig body 1 and the slider 3 respectively to correspond each other perpendicularly to the reference plane, and on the inner wall of the penetrating hole 5 in the above slider 3 a supporting layer 6 to elastically deform at least in the sliding direction of the above slider 3 is formed.
