Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the polishing property of a polishing sheet on a magnetic head.
CONSTITUTION: In a polishing sheet provided with a polishing layer containing polishing abrasive grain and binder lubrication on a base body, T≤20μm, E≤1200kg/mm2, ET3≤8×106μm/kg/mm2 are taken, in case of the total thickness of the polishing sheet being taken as T and a Young's modulus as E.
