Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a series of machinings including inner diameter machining.
SOLUTION: Machining members 30 and 40 are removably mounted to the tip of a tool body 10 having a polishing part 13 partially in the axial direction. The machining member 30 is a grinding reamer, and the member is mounted to allow continuous performing of a drilling machining and the subsequent inner diameter machining in one process. The machining member 40 is a rotating brush, and the member is mounted to allow continuous performing of the inner diameter machining and the subsequent inner surface brushing in one process.
