The polishing treatment agent is prepared as an aqueous solution of a three-component mixture comprising dimethicone, polyquaternium-10 and polyquaternium-64 with a detergent. The polishing treatment agent further contains a surfactant selected from among a sodium alkylether sulfate, an alkylhydroxysulfobetaine, an alkylamine oxide, an alkyl glycoside, an alkylglyceryl ether, etc.
