To provide a treatment method which efficiently performs pollution-free recycling of general wastes by abolishing an incinerator which is a factor for generation of dioxin and CO2 in a treatment process of the general wastes.
The general wastes are classified to combustible wastes A, recyclable wastes B and bulky wastes C and the treatment method is classified to treatment D at generation points and treatment E within treatment facilities. Kitchen wastes (garbage) (1) of the wastes A is subjected to perfect decomposition and annihilation treatment 14 by garbage annihilators 4 by microbial cells installed at the points D by each store. PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles (7) and empty cans (9) of the wastes B are also subjected to compression volume reduction treatment in recovering boxes 2 with baling compressors installed at the points D and recovering boxes with steel and aluminum sorting compressors. The other wastesA, wastes B and wastes C undergo thorough collection of classified refuse and are recycled as resources by a separation line 4, disintegrator 5, carbonizer 6, pulverizer 7, liquefier 8, briquetting compressor 9, high-temperature steam melter 10, ordinary temperature dissolving regenerator 11, cullet forming and color coding disintegrator 12, and breakup discrimination treatment line 13 of the pollution-free recycling apparatus installed within the treatment facilities.
