Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poly material storage tank in which, even under a poor equipment installation environment such as in the poly material storage tank, the occurrence of failure is reduced and the amount of poly materials stored can properly be detected without inviting a rise of equipment cost.SOLUTION: A poly material storage tank includes a tank body for storing poly materials crushed, and a screw shaft provided inside the tank body and for discharging the poly materials from the bottom of the tank body. A limit sensor for detecting the full amount of the poly materials stored in the tank body is provided in the ceiling of the tank body. The poly material storage tank includes a limit switch with the limit sensor fixed in a downward direction from the ceiling of the tank body, and a plate for detection mounted on the tip of the limit switch.
