Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain polyamide fiber excellent in resistance to change in color with chlorine by including a specific substance in polyamide-based fiber.
CONSTITUTION: The objective polyamide fiber is obtained by including a substance having ≥50 mequiv./g amount of reactive chlorine in an amount of 0.1-20% based on the fiber weight. Thereby, the resistance to change in color of a woven or a knitted fabric with chlorine can be improved without impairing the color of the dyed fabric.
