Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide solution less colored which exhibits excellent fluidity and does not give rise to a deposit, resulting in excellent transparency even stored at an ordinary temperature or below by compounding a substituted urea derivative, a metal salt comprising a cation derived from at least one metal selected from alkali and alkaline earth metals and an anion, and a polyamide.
SOLUTION: There is provided a polyamide solution comprising 100 pts.wt. of a substituted urea derivative selected from 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazoline, 1,1,3,3- tetraethylurea and the like, 5-20 wt.% of a metal salt comprising a cation derived from alkali and alkaline earth metals and an anion and 0.05-20 wt.% of a polyamide. As the metal salts comprising a cation and an anion, there can be exemplified lithium chloride, calcium bromide, lithium perchlorate, sodium thiocyanate and the like. As the polyamide are employed nylon 6, nylon 11, nylon 66, nylon 6T, nylon MXD and the like.
