PURPOSE: To obtain a polyamine dispersion imparting conductivity to a substrate, by reacting an oxidation polymerizable amine and an oxidizing agent in acidic aq. medium becoming a doping agent imparting conductivity to a formed polymer in the presence of aromatic polyalkylene oxide.

CONSTITUTION: A soln. of oxidatively polymerizable aromatic amine (e.g.; aniline) and an oxidizing agent (e.g.; ammonium persulfatge) capable of oxidatively polymerizing this aromatic amine are reacted in acidic aqueous medium (e.g.; hydrochloric acid) functioning as a doping agent imparting conductivity to the polymer formed by the reaction of both of them in the presence of a stabilizer of a conductive polymer composed of aromatic polyalkylene oxide having the aromatic group bonded to one or more polymer chain composed of a monomer unit such as ethylene oxide or propylene oxide and larger than 20 in the total number of the monomer units to obtain the objective conductive polymer aq. dispersion increased in stability.
