A polyester fiber fabric contains a polyester fiber of 60 mass% or more, and a polymer containing following (A) to (D) as constituents is formed on a surface of the polyester fiber. (A) Bifunctional unsaturated carboxylic ester containing polyalkylene glycol, (B) an ester compound of undecylenic acid and/or a derivative of undecylenic acid and a compound having a vinyl group, (C) vinyl carboxylic acid, and (D) a compound having an oxazoline group.
