Abstract:

To provide a polyester fiber material, a tire cord, a dip cord and a method for producing the polyester fiber material having high heat-resistance, which provide high heat-resistance to keep the mechanical properties at a high temperature, especially above the melting point of the polyester and provide.

The polyester fiber material having high heat-resistance is a polyester fiber having ethylene terephthalate unit as main repeating unit and satisfying the following properties (a) and (b) at the same time in dynamic viscoelasticity measurement. (a) The storage modulus (E') is ≥0.1 MPa at 275°C and (b) the main dispersion peak temperature of loss tangent (tanδ) is ≤148°C.
