This polyester fiber sheet contains a polyester fiber having the following characteristics expressed by items (1)-(4): (1) having ≤25% degree of crystallization in DSC measurement, (2) having ≥60% elongation at break in a load-elongation curve measured in tensile strength and elongation, (3) having ≤2,000 N/mm2 apparent Young's modulus and (4) having ≤40% shrinkage percentage in boiling water.
