Abstract:
To provide a polyester fiber structure having extremely high practical characteristics, such as moisture absorbing and releasing characteristics and washing durability, and less strength degradation over time.
The polyester fiber structure has a coating consisting of a polymer formed by using at least ammonium persulfate and benzoyl peroxide as a polymerization initiator and polymerizing a composition containing organic acid including at least one carboxyl group and polyalkylene glycol dimethacrylate as polymerization components, on a fiber surface. The polymer which is graft-polymerized exists on the coating.
