To provide a useful polyester elastomer film which is excellent in moisture permeability and water resistance, and is excellent in economical efficiency since a edge fluctuation and width variation are small and stable film-forming is possible even when the film is formed at a high speed, and to provide a laminate of the same.
The polyester film with high moisture permeability comprises a polyester elastomer having an acid component mainly composed of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a glycol component composed of a polyether glycol, and an olefin resin, wherein the polyester elastomer and the olefin resin are mixed in a ratio of 75/25-99/1 (wt%) and the content of a functional group in the olefin resin is 200-2,000 equivalents/ton. The laminate is prepared by laminating the polyester film with high moisture permeability and a sheet-like substrate.
