Abstract:
To obtain a polyester resin composition having excellent transparency, heat resistance, surface hardness, mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, and a film-like material comprising the polyester resin composition, and provide a method for producing the resin composition.
This polyester resin composition comprises (A) 2-98 wt.% aromatic polyester consisting essentially of 20-50 mol.% isophthalic acid unit, 0-30 mol.% terephthalic acid unit and 50 mol.% 3,3',5 and 5'-tetramethyl-4,4'-bisphenol unit and (B) 98-2 wt.% polycarbonate or the polyester resin composition comprises (A) 2-98 wt.% of the aromatic polyester and 98-2 wt.% one or more kinds of polymers selected from (C) polyarylate and (D) polysulfone.
