Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition and a molded product thereof which has ultraviolet absorptivity as well as transparency nearly equivalent to that of a blank.
SOLUTION: There is provided a polyester resin composition prepared by mixing a thermoplastic polyester resin with an inorganic compound having ultraviolet absorptivity and a pigment dispersing agent, wherein the amount of the inorganic compound added is 0.01-5.00 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin, and the relationship: 0.1≤R≤5 holds (wherein R is the ratio of the amount of the pigment dispersing agent added to that of the inorganic compound added) and giving a molded product having transparency.
