Abstract:

PURPOSE:To obtain a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)-based resin composition, excellent in mold releasability and appearance (gloss) in spite of a large amount of a blended inorganic filler and having high mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyester resin composition is obtained by blending at least one filter composed of a fibrous reinforcing filler, a flat reinforcing filler and a spherical reinforcing filler having >=10mum average particle diameter in an amount of 20-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts. wt. polymer with 95-50wt.% PBT and 5-50wt.% copolymerized PBT having <=215 deg.C melting point.
