Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a molded product having heat resistance and transparency by compounding noncrystalline ethylene-terephthalate-based copolymer polyester resin having compatibility with PBT and specified quantity of heat for crystallization into polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) at a specified rate, adjusting the polyester resin, and injecting the resin into a metal mold.
CONSTITUTION: A polyester resin A, whose main component is butylene terephthalate, and a copolymer polyester resin B, whose ethylene terephthalate unit-containing rate is 25-85mols and crystallizing quantity of heat is small than 20J/g, are mixed at the rate of 60:40. Thus, the polyester resin composition is formed. The composition is injected and molded, and the molded product is formed. Thus, the molding property of the molded body becomes excellent, and the molded product having the excellent heat resistance and transparency is obtained.
