A scrub agent consisting of a resin powder obtained by pulverization of a foam body of a polyester resin composition has an apparent density of 0.001 g/cm³ or more and 0.2 g/cm³ or less, and thereby gives less adverse effect to the environment, has high polishing performance and cleaning effect and allows production with good industrial productivity.
