Abstract:
To provide a polyethylene resin composition having excellent adhesiveness between a base material layer such as a polyethylene terephthalate resin layer and a barrier layer such as an aluminum foil without using an adhesive, and a laminate using the resin composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition for forming a resin layer (a) existing between a base material layer (b) and a barrier layer (c), which is a polyethylene resin composition (D) containing an ethylene/propylene copolymer (A) having a specific structural unit, MFR, density, and a total amount of vinyl and vinylidene in the ethylene/propylene copolymer, and contains 0 to 0.5 pts.wt. of an epoxidized vegetable oil (B) based on 100 pts.wt. of a resin component in the polyethylene resin composition (D). There is also provided a laminate using the polyethylene resin composition (D).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
