Abstract:

To provide an emulsion polymerized PTFE composition suitable for a molding process, a method for producing the same and a granulated product of the same.

This polytetrafluorethylene composition is a composition of the emulsion polymerized polytetrafluoroethlyene(PTFE) with a filler, and is characterized by having ≤50% powder shape modification ratio, and the PTFE granulated product is obtained by granulating the above PTFE composition. The above composition is produced by ejecting high pressure water to a mixture of the above emulsion polymerized PTFE with the filler.
