Abstract:
To provide a polyglycolic acid-based resin porous body having a network structure, and a method for manufacturing the same.
The method for manufacturing a polyglycolic acid-based resin porous body having a network structure includes a step of dissolving a polyglycolic acid-based resin in a latent solvent which is compatible with the polyglycolic acid-based resin at a high temperature and separates therefrom at room temperature, a step of cooling the solution of the polyglycolic acid-based resin through a two phase separating region of a concentrated phase and a diluted phase to thereby deposit the polyglycolic acid-based resin having been dissolved, and a step of removing the remaining solvent by an extracting agent.
