Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a polyimide coating film or a film substantially colorless and transparent, and useful for a heat-resistant coating, or the like, of a liquid crystal device, an organic electroluminescent device, a touch panel, a solar cell, or the like.
SOLUTION: The polyimide precursor liquid composition comprises at least one kind of tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride or its derivative, at least one kind of diamine or its derivative and a polar polymerization solvent. The composition further comprises a cyclic structured compound composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen atoms and having a boiling point of 200°C or above. The polyimide coating film is obtained by imide conversion of the polyimide precursor liquid composition.
