Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a polyimide resin-based sliding material composition not damaging an opponent sliding.material even in the case of the opponent sliding material being a soft metal such as aluminum, capable of sufficiently securing wear resistance of a sliding material itself.
CONSTITUTION: This polyimide resin-based sliding material composition is obtained by blending a polyimide resin with 3-30vol.% of stannous oxide powder or stannic oxide powder and 5-20vol.% of a fluororesin such as tetrafluoroethylene resin and compression molding.
