Abstract:
To provide a polyimide powder having excellent environmental compatibility.SOLUTION: A polyimide powder is characterized by: 1) the polyimide is a solid phase polymer of a salt comprising tetracarboxylic acid or tetracarboxylic acid diester and diamine, in the presence of a solvent of 1 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less relative to the mass of the salt; 2) it is soluble in an amide solvent; 3) it has a weight average molecular weight of 10000 or more by GPC; 4) it has an average particle size in volume by laser diffraction of 1-1000 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
