Abstract:

To provide an excellent cationic polymer, highly safe and having biodegradability, and a method for producing the same.

This polymer is obtained by cross-linking a polylysine by polysaccharides and making the viscosity of its 15 wt.% aqueous solution as 6 mPa sec.
