Abstract:

To provide a polymer cement grout material in which the material separation phenomenon of fine aggregate is prevented without deteriorating fluidity as a grout material, the occurrence of crack due to the temperature stress and the shrinkage by drying after hardening is suppressed and which is suitably used for repairing the concrete cross-section or increasing in thickness and has excellent adhesiveness to the concrete and sufficient surface hardness after hardened.

The polymer grout material is prepared by blending 10-120 pts.mass classified fly ash or blast furnace slag fine powder having ≥5,000 cm2/g Blaine fineness, 0.5-2.5 pts.mass ≥2 kinds of powdery water reducing agent, 2-10 pts.mass shrinkage reducing agent, 5-30 pts.mass re-emulsifying type powdery resin and 120-400 pts.mass fine aggregate and further mixing with water to 100 pts.mass cement and is used for repairing the cross-section or increasing in thickness of a concrete structure.
