Abstract:
To provide a composition containing a polymer having improved safety, which is useful as a solubilizer of poorly-soluble medicine or a sustained-release material capable of incorporating medicine underwater.SOLUTION: A polymer composition contains a polymer having a hydrophilic site derived from at least one selected from the group consisting of a polysaccharide, polyethylene glycol, and a polymer containing an ethylene glycol structure, and a siloxane site. In the polymer, a weight ratio of the siloxane site to the total molecular weight is 5 mass%-65 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
