Abstract:
To provide a polymer compound from which a bipolar organic transistor can simply be manufactured and exhibits the bipolar of p type and n type.
The polymer compound contains a structural unit represented by formula (1) [wherein Z1 is -O-, -S-, -N(R1)-, -N(COR2)-, or -N(CO2R3)-: Z2 is -S-, -N(R1)-, -N(COR2)-, or -N(CO2R3)-; R1, R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or heteroaryl; and RA and RB are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, aryl, heteroaryl, halogen or cyano].
