To provide an electrolyte with its high ion conductivity and superior mechanical strength and processing properties by a matrix polymer dispersing and polymerizing a compound containing two polymeric functional groups in the same molecule and a compound having a polymeric functional group and containing carbonyl group to form a polymeric network.
A polymeric functional group is preferably a functional group including an unsaturated ethylene bond, an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group, and a compound including a carbonyl group is represented by formula. In the formula, R is H or a methyl group; Y is an alkylene group or the like; Z is a substituent including one or more carbonate groups. The content of an electrolytic solution in which an ionic compound is solved in a non-aqueous organic solvent is 30 to 85 wt.% against a matrix polymer, the ionic compound belongs to group I or II in periodic table, and is preferably selected from KiClO4, LiBF4, LiPF6 or the like.
