To provide a polymer-immobilized phosphine compound useful as a new ligand enabling membrane separation by a nano-filter, the control of solubility with water or organic solvent and further the extension of applicable catalytic process, and also a new metal complex containing the same.

This polymer-immobilized phosphine compound contains at least one kind of an allylamine derivative expressed by general formula (I) [wherein, R1 is a divalent hydrocarbon group; and R2, R3 are each a hydrocarbon group] as a recurring unit. The phosphine ligand consisting of the above polymer-immobilized phosphine compound is also provided.
