Abstract:
To provide a polymer material in which a surfactant is retained so as not to release slowly, thereby high water wettability and surface lubricity are imparted to the polymer material, and these properties can be sustained.
This polymer material includes a polymer [I] comprising a structural unit derived from a polymerizable compound (A) having an acryloyloxy group and having no silicon atom; and [II] a surfactant, where the content of [II] the surfactant is preferably 0.05-1 mass%. As the surfactant, a nonionic surfactant having a polyoxyethylene group is preferable.
