Title:
POLYMER PARTICLE CONTAINING MINUTE POLYMER PARTICLES DISPERSED THEREIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3666104
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer particle which contains minute polymer particles dispersed therein and facilitates the minute particles to be homogeneously dispersed in a resin molding by dispersing a polymerizable vinyl monomer and minute polymer particles insol. therein in a water-base system and subjecting the system to suspension polymn. in the presence of a chain transfer agent.
SOLUTION: This polymer particle has an MFR of 1-50g/10min, contains minute polymer particles dispersed therein usually having an average particle size of about 0.1-50μm and usually in an amt. of 0.01-1wt.%, and is produced by dispersing a polymerizable vinyl monomer and minute polymer particles insol. therein in a water-base system and subjecting the system to suspension polymn. in the presence of a chain transfer agent.
