Abstract:
To provide a polymer particle that has good foamability, good foam quality and a good feeling of use such as a good touch feeling or the like and has good sustainability of the foam and to provide a cosmetic comprising the polymer particle.
The polymer particle is a crosslinked polymer particle having a constituting unit represented by formula (I) wherein at least one of R1, R2, R3 and R4 denotes an 8-30C straight chain or branched chain alkyl or alkenyl group which may have a linking group; at least one thereof denotes an ionic group or an oxyalkylene group which may have a linking group; and the remainder denotes a hydrogen atom or a 1-3C alkyl group.
