Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a polymer which is useful as a raw material for a polymerizable resin composition, from which a cured product having excellent sensitivity, adhesion, and the like and having good resolution and developing-resistance is prepared; and a polymerizable composition using said polymer. The present invention provides: a polymer having a structure in which a crosslinking agent is added to a specific compound obtained by adding unsaturated monobasic acid to an epoxy compound having an indane skeleton, and added to a specific compound obtained by adding unsaturated monobasic acid to an epoxy compound having a fluorene skeleton; and a polymerizable composition containing said polymer and an initiator.
