To provide a polymer solid electrolyte with high safety, high stability with time, high ionic conductivity of 10-3Scm-1or more at around room temperature, and high formability.

The polymer solid electrolyte is composed of a polymer and an ionic compound both having specific structure, the polymer having the specific structure is a copolymer or a polymer mixture comprising an anionic polymer, a cationic polymer, and one or more polymerizable monomers with high compatibility with these ionic polymers and no ionic dissociation group. As the anionic polymer and the cationic polymer, a normal temperature fused salt or a salt forming a region having characteristics of the normal temperature fused salt after mixed is preferable. Or, as the ionic compound, an alkali metal salt or an alkali earth metal salt alone or a mixture of two or more these salts is preferable.
