Abstract:

To provide a polymer having excellent characteristics in water-oil repellency, antifouling properties and charging control properties or the like.

Disclosed is a polymer having a structural unit derived from fluorosilsesquioxane having an addition polymerizable functional group or a structural unit derived from fluorosilsesquioxane having an addition polymerizable functional group and a structural unit derived from organopolysiloxane having an addition polymerizable functional group. The polymer can be utilized for a surface treatment agent, a water-oil repellant treatment agent, an antifouling treatment agent, a charging control treatment agent or the like, having excellent characteristics in water-oil repellency, antifouling properties and charging control properties or the like.
