Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer useful for making a surface organism- or blood- compatible, and further to provide a method for producing the polymer and a method for coating the surface therewith.
SOLUTION: This polymer is composed of a radically polymerizable amphoteric monomer containing an amphoteric ion group, and a radically copolymerizable comonomer having a pendant group selected from among a fluoroalkyl group having optionally one or more ether oxygen groups and optionally one or more carbon-carbon double bonds or triple bonds, and cyclohexane group.
