Abstract:
To provide a pi-electron conjugated polymer having a bismuth-dithiocarboxylate complex structure introduced in a main chain, the polymer having an extended conjugation length and having a novel electronic structure and a unique optical property.SOLUTION: Provided is a polymer having a bismuth-dithiocarboxylate complex structure represented by the following general formula (1). (In the general formula (1), Ar1 represents an aryl group which may have a substituent or a heteroaryl group which may have a substituent; Ar2 represents one or mutually connected two or more arylene group(s) or heteroarylene group(s); R represents a C1-200 linear or branched alkyl group or alkoxy group, which may contain one or more oxygen atom(s) in a chain; m represents an integer of 0 to 30; and n represents an integer of 1 to 1000.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
