PURPOSE: To obtain a polymeric electrolyte composite capable of improving the removal of org. matter from a waste soln. by mixing a specific polymeric electrolyte and a surfactant having polarity reverse to that of the electrolyte in a solvent to separate a generated precipitate from a liquid phase.
CONSTITUTION: A polymeric electrolyte(PE) of which the functional group is represented by [-X-] and a surfactant (SAA) of which the functional group having charge inverse to that of PE is represented by [r-Y] are mixed by using a solvent. Subsequently, the precipitate generated as the result of this mixing is separated from a liquid phase by a method for the phase separation of a suspension to obtain the objective composite. Herein, X in [-X-] is selected from one or a plurality of ones from the PE functional groups of anions represented by formulae II and one or a plurality of ones or either one of both ones from the PE functional groups of cations represented by formulae III, IV. Y in [R-Y] is selected from one or a plurality of ones from groups represented by -OSO3- and -SO3- and R is a group represented by formula V or C20H37O4 and R1 is H or CH3.
