Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polynucleotide capable of expressing human FcγRIIa efficiently in a host, and a method for producing the human FcγRIIa efficiently utilizing the polynucleotide.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing human FcγRIIa comprising: transforming an Escherichia coli with a vector comprising a polynucleotide encoding a protein in codons of E.coli, where the protein contains amino acid residues at least from the glutamine at position 34 to the proline at position 208 of an amino acid sequence consisting of a specific sequence; culturing the transformed cell; and collecting human FcγRIIa or its partial sequence from the obtained culture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
