Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a polyol component for producing a polyurethane molded article.
CONSTITUTION: A polyol component especially for the reaction with a diphenylmethane type polyisocyanate comprises a polyol with a hydroxyl equivalent of up to 150 and a functionality of 4-8 (a), a polyether-polyol with a hydroxy equivalent larger than 1900 and a functionality of 2-4 (b) and a polypropylene glycol, a polytetrahydrofran (respectively having a hydroxyl equivalent of 150-500) or a mixture of them (c). This polyol component can be controlled in its usable time and a polyurethane molded product having good mechanical properties can be easily obtained by using this polyol component.
