Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a composition, having excellent thermoformability, hardly causing the debossing and drawdown without any uneven wall thickness in deep drawing and suitable for interior trim uses such as automobiles, ships or railway trains.
CONSTITUTION: This polyolefin-based resin composition contains (A) 50-95 pts.wt. cross-linkable resin composition and (B) 50-5 pts.wt. high-melt tension polypropylene having the melt tension(MT) and the melt flow index (MFR) at 230°C holding the relationships of the formula logMT>-1.16×logMFR+1.2. The component (A) contains (a) an ethylenic multicomponent copolymer comprising ethylene, a free radical-polymerizable acid anhydride and other comonomers and further 0.1-20wt.% unit derived from the free radical-polymerizable acid anhydride group and 5-40wt.% unit derived from the other comonomers, (b) a polyhydric alcohol compound having at least two hydroxyl groups in the molecule, and (c) a reaction accelerator. Furthermore, this sheet uses the composition.
