To provide polyolefin-based resin expanded particles excellent in flexibility and recoverability and also obtaining of a molded product of expanded particles with a high expansion ratio, a method for producing the expanded particles, and a molded product of polyolefin-based resin expanded particles obtained by in-mold molding of the expanded particles and excellent in flexibility and recoverability.

The polyolefin-based resin expanded particle contains: a resin composition comprising 80-30 wt.% of a polyolefin-based resin and 20-70 wt.% of a thermoplastic elastomer (wherein the total of the polyolefin-based resin and the thermoplastic elastomer is 100 wt.%); and 15-95 pts.wt. of mineral oil based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin composition, and has apparent density of 15-150 g/L.
