Title:
POLYOLEFIN-BASED RESIN MUTILAYERED SHRINK FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3755923
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shrink film, which maintains the conventional heat resistance, shrink properties and the like and is excellent in resistance to pierce, resistance to tear and the like by a method wherein a polyolfin-based resin multiplayered shrink film has four or more layers, within an interior layer of which a composition layer containing the specified amount of the specified ethylene α-olefin copolymer is included.
SOLUTION: This film has an at least four layer structure of both surface layers or S layers, a mixed resin layer or a B layer containing a polyolefin- based elastomer (a) having the Vicat softening point of 60°C or lower and a polypropylene-based resin layer or a H layer. In a polyolefin-based resin multilayered film having the heat shrinkage factor at 80°C of 20-50%, the B layer is prepared by mixing 5-40wt.% of the polyolefin-based elastomer (a) having the Vicat softening point of 60°C or lower and 15-60wt.%, which is the percentage to the whole film, of the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (b) having a density of 0.890-0.925g/cm3, a melt flow rate at 190°C and under the load of 2.16kgf is 0.2-3.0g/10min.
