PURPOSE: To provide a polyolefin composition giving a molded article having good appearance and excellent adhesivity, by adding tetrakis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) 4,4-biphenylene-diphosphonite to a polyolefin modified with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid (derivative).
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition can be prepared by compounding (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a modified polyolefin having a graft content of 0.001W5(wt)% and prepared by modifying at least a part of a polyolefin (preferably a high- pressure-processed low-density polyethylene, etc.) with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its derivative (preferably maleic acid, etc.) with (B) 0.001W3pts. of tetrakis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) 4,4-biphenylene-diphosphonite and preferably (C) 0.01W3pts. of an alkylphenol-type antioxidant, preferably tetrakis[methylene-3(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propion-ate]methane.
