To provide an antistatic agent capable of suppressing smoke emission in producing a polyolefin resin composition, and to provide the polyolefin resin composition excellent in antistaticity, transparency and slipperiness, especially an oriented polyolefin film.

The antistatic agent for the polyolefin resin composition comprises a compound that is obtained by reaction between 1 mol of a polyoxyethylene stearylamine compound obtained by adding ethylene oxide to stearylamine and 0.5-2.0 mol of behenic acid.
