PURPOSE: To improve adhesion or printing properties or metallizing properties by making the subject matter superior in antistatic properties and free from generation of bleeding or blocking, by providing a resin layer containing polyolefin resin of an ethylene structural unit, acrylate structural unit and specific acrylamide structural unit.
CONSTITUTION: Polyolefin resin containing polyolefin resin having 1000-50000 weight-average molecular weight arranged linearly and irregularly, which is comprised of a 65-99mol% ethylene structural unit represented by [CH2-CH2], a 0-15mol% acrylate structural unit represented by a formula I and a 1-35mol% acrylamide structural unit represented by a formula II is provided as resin for a resin layer. In the formula, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and X represent respectively an alkyl group of 1-4C, an alkylene group of 2-8C, the alkyl group of 1-4C, the alkyl group of 1-4C, an alkyl group of 1-12C, an aryl alkyl group of 1-12C or a cycloaliphatic alkyl group of 1-12C and a halogen atom or CH3OSO3 or C2H5OSO3.
