Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a food with addition of an archorrhea preventing agent so as to prevent archorrhea of a liquid polysiloxane compounded as a substitute for a fat component in a food compsn. CONSTITUTION: The food compsn. is a low-calorie food compsn. containing a nonfat component and a fat component. In the whole fat component, about 0.1 to 100wt.% is replaced by a fat substitute. The fat component contains the following components (a) and (b). (a) An edible nonabsorptive indigestible liquid siloxane polymer expressed by general formula (CH3 )3 SiO[(CH3 )2 SiO]b Si(CH3 )3 , wherein (b) is a number with the average from 25 to 500. (b) An enough amt. of an archorrhea preventing agent to prevent leaking of the liquid (a) through an anal sphincter. The archorrhea preventing agent is selected, for example, from fatty acids having about >=37 deg.C melting point or edible digestive source material of these fatty acids, granular silica, and edible nondecomposing water-insoluble fibers from vegetables.
