PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyorganosilsesquioxane capable of forming a hard coat layer having high surface hardness and excellent heat resistance.SOLUTION: The polyorganosilsesquioxane contains a constituent unit represented by formula (1) and has a number average molecular weight of 1,000-3,000 and a molecular weight dispersity (weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight) of 1.0-3.0.
